By downloading, installing, or using White Coat Wellness ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
A 7-week self-help educational program designed to improve healthcare professional wellness and reduce the risk of burnout. The program combines educational text, audio lessons, and practical exercises that can be completed at your own pace, anytime and anywhere
White Coat Wellness is published on the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store by Yuriy Ilkovych.
You must create an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain password security, and take responsibility for all activity under your account.
You may submit, post, or share content ("User Content") within the App. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate the App.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Yuriy Ilkovych or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yuriy Ilkovych shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may request deletion of your account by emailing us at ilkovych@gmail.com.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of New York, USA.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for the App or its content. If downloaded from Google Play, Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
